Desde el equipo de Data Science & Business Intelligence de MRM, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Senior Consultant Data Scientist.¿CUÁL ES EL ROL?

Nuestro departamento trabaja para diferentes industrias nacionales e internacionales: retail, belleza, automoción, banca, teleco, gran consumo, energía

Nuestro Equipo:

Somos un equipo joven, proactivo e innovador que trabaja mano a mano con los equipos de CRM y Digital.

Funciones:

  • Propuesta de nuevos modelos disruptivos y nuevas formas de ser creativos a través del dato. Enfrentarse a desafíos, entenderlos y traducirlos a un problema Data Science o Machine learning.
  • Discutir y negociar con éxito iniciativas con stakeholders, liderando las reuniones que sean necesarias. Organizar, crear, comunicar y presentar de manera efectiva a audiencias de diferentes orígenes.
  • Entrenar y ejecutar modelos siguiendo las mejores prácticas en DS, diseñando e implementando cualquier solución de ML de extremo a extremo necesaria en colaboración diferentes departamentos como CRM, IT, Cuentas o Creatividad.
  • Escribir código de calidad siguiendo las buenas prácticas y asesorando y orientando a sus compañeros para que lo hagan.
  • Resolver peligros potenciales debidos a limitaciones técnicas antes de que surjan.
  • Ser mentor y liderar a otros científicos de datos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los avances en el campo de ML y compartiéndolo con sus compañeros.

Requisitos:

  • Perfil con 3-5 años de experiencia en posiciones de data science.
  • Persoan proactiva, creativa y apasionada del mundo de Data Science. Muy enfocada en el detalle y analítica.
  • Buscamos un team player: trabajar en documentos colaborativos con personas de diferentes departamentos, países y culturas.
  • Innovadora y creativa: no queremos a alguien que venga a replicar lo que ya ha hecho en otras empresas. Buscamos mentes disruptivas y valientes.
  • No nos importa si no sabes de todo, pero sí que quieras seguir aprendiendo cada día porque te enfrentarás a proyectos que nunca se han hecho antes
  • Persoan crítica y auto crítica, porque todo se puede mejorar
  • Optimista y empática: pasamos mucho tiempo juntos y el buen ambiente es un MUST
  • Alto interés en marketing y el mundo digital
