Expersea is seeking an experienced Captain to lead our luxury yacht through the Mediterranean season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and safety onboard.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Handle invoices, budgets, and APA reports with precision and accuracy.
- Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable service and create unforgettable experiences for our charter guests.
- Compliance and Safety: Uphold strict compliance standards onboard, utilizing the ISM software, and collaborate closely with the DPA to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Leadership and Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, driving a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Candidates must hold a Coc Master 3000 gt certification (preferred) and all relevant mandatory qualifications. A strong understanding of Mediterranean navigation and charter operations is essential.
