Role Overview


• Grasp the requirements and challenges faced by clients in the animal nutrition sector.

• Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Technology, and Quality Assurance, to devise and execute technical strategies and solutions.

• Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and innovations in feed technology, sharing pertinent information with internal teams and clients.

• Gather and evaluate customer feedback and market data to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

• Create technical content for product presentations, brochures, and promotional materials to support sales efforts, as well as develop papers and posters for technical events.

• Serve as a technical consultant to the sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, product positioning, and market growth.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and industry organizations.

• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and technical forums.

Qualifications


• A Master's degree in animal nutrition, animal production, veterinary science, or a related field.

• Significant experience in the animal feed or feed additive sector in a client-facing technical capacity is essential.

• Proven in-depth knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and chemistry.

• Exceptional training abilities and the capacity to develop engaging presentations and write technical documentation.

• Proficient in drafting animal trial protocols and analyzing trial outcomes.

• Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally up to 30% of the time.
