About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Export & License team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in leading the Sales and Operations Planning process for our region, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts, and optimizing operations to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for our region, working closely with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supply chain capabilities.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with sourcing sites to ensure effective network sourcing optimization and flexible supply chain responses to commercial requests.
  • Implement contractual rules within sourcing site planning processes and manage third-party supplier relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in demand planning and supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in managing complex data sets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
