Spanish Inside Sales Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing services. We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have a native level of Spanish and the ability to speak and write English fluently. They will be responsible for working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, and identifying the needs of the business to personalize the product.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles and be proficient in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel.
We offer a competitive salary of 18,000€ gross/year, up to 1,000€ bonus gross/year, and a hybrid working model in Barcelona. Additionally, we provide a referral program, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contests, and continuous training and certifications.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic business casual environment with colleagues of all ages, surrounded by the sea in the World Trade Center, Barcelona, Spain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve a minimum number of interactions per day
- Qualify and manage inbound leads and the overall sales pipeline
- Identify the needs of the business and personalize the product
- Develop a deep understanding of the onboarding requirements/processes for our product across different regions
- Work closely with businesses to collect and submit information required to complete our onboarding process
- Accurately advise and support businesses on each verification requirement as they work to complete the onboarding process
- Successfully troubleshoot or escalate issues and feedback through the appropriate channels of support
