Responsibilities- Relationship Management:
- Evaluate and strengthen relationships with Product teams and Entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment on product-specific needs and goals.
- Foster close partnerships with cross-functional teams to collect customer requirements and feedback, contributing to product roadmap development.
- Collaborate with product development teams to bring business requirements from Entities to life.
- Product Lifecycle Contribution – Local Context:
- Analyze GO & Entity Tech, Data, and Security Program strategy and Product Family roadmaps, applying local context to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify interdependencies within GO programs, projects, and Product Families, feeding into the Product lifecycle process.
- Support GO / Entity's Product technical debt management and escalate issues as needed.
- Volume and Price Item Activities:
- Work with the Account Manager to align Product volumes and prices with customer needs.
- Conduct volume trend analysis and sanity-check data with the Product teams.
- Provide explanation and support for Product price items (volume, licenses) to Finance and Account Manager.
- Experience: Strong IT background with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Global Organization Experience: Proven experience working in complex global organizations.
- Business Skills: Good understanding of GO financial, project, and product processes.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific Product family GO strategy, Tech, and Data roadmap, objectives, organization, and policies.
- Insurance Knowledge: Where relevant, a good understanding of insurance business needs and challenges of the Opco in the short and long term.
