Job Description:
We are seeking a Health and Safety Engineer to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of our team.
Main responsibilities:
- E nsure the alignment of the local health and safety strategy with the group strategy.
- E nsure the interface between clients, local authorities, and subcontractors.
- Audit construction sites and provide advice on the execution of work according to Health & Safety best practice standards.
- E nsure the reporting (Logbook, Key Performance Indicators, Activity Report, Action Plan, etc.).
- Lead investigations and analyses of accidents/incidents and conduct risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' seniority and proven experience as a Health and Safety Engineer in a construction site, with good knowledge of Spanish Health and Safety regulations and standards applicable to construction.
