Job Description:

A. Benefits Administration

Our ideal candidate will ensure that benefits programs are effectively communicated to employees, processed, and coordinated. This includes ensuring that benefits-related activities are carried out efficiently.

B. Performance Management

The successful candidate will work closely with managers to collect, prepare, design, develop, and distribute performance reports. They will also handle the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals, including forms and templates, and communications.

C. Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to identify high-caliber talent for rank and file and supervisory positions. They will help plan, develop, and implement creative talent acquisition strategies, build the company's talent pool database, and update the organizational chart based on positions closed.

D. Employee Relations

The successful candidate will manage the company's grievance process, serve as a point of contact for related concerns, and assist in implementing the Code of Conduct.

E. General Office Management

Our ideal candidate will ensure that office facilities and assets are monitored and sufficient to meet current and future staff needs, enabling smooth operations in all branches. They will also help implement office safety, health, and housekeeping policies, making independent decisions on routine problems and referring serious or complicated situations to their immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course.
  • Four or more years of demonstrated experience in the human resources field, with emphasis on employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and payroll.
  • Must show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, and general word processing.
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
  • Must be trustworthy, have good ethics, and self-discipline.

Job Type:
Full-time

Pay:
Php25,000.00 to Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Overtime pay
