About the Role

The Senior Technology Product Owner for IoT Analytics and Data Platforms will be responsible for managing the interface to the IoT Line of Business with a special focus on the interface with Business Product Managers associated with product developments and defining the technology strategy to support the portfolio of products with Architecture and Domain teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the interface to the IoT Line of Business with a special focus on the interface with Business Product Managers associated with product developments.
  • Define the technology strategy to support the portfolio of products with Architecture and Domain teams.
  • Work with wider practice leads, vendors, technology, and operations teams to build the technology plan to inform and deliver the Analytics portfolio and Data as a Product (DaaP) strategy and roadmap.
  • Negotiate, manage, and agree demand into the practice and manage the backlog, finance, security, and operational governance alongside LPM and other stakeholders.
  • Input to the creation of product strategy, requirements, define features for developments working jointly with the LoB product manager who leads this.
  • Translate these into lower-level product/platform/operating model requirements ensuring these are underpinned by an E2E technical architecture (including user journeys and service models) working with other roles in Technology (e.g., architects and squad leads).

Requirements

  • Ability to innovate and adopt the latest capabilities and awareness of advancing in AI capabilities and how this can be included into the Technology roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven solutions serving business stakeholders, and proficient with different data layers (ingest, store, process, serve, ...).
