About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to join our team at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal). The successful candidate will be part of our BiSC project, which aims to understand the effects of pre and postnatal exposure to air pollution on child brain development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact participants to obtain information and arrange fieldwork visits
  • Manage and control the workflow of samples collected, including shipment to labs and data digitization
  • Organize and conduct fieldwork, including sample collection and data entry
  • Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to the project's progress
Requirements
  • Degree in biomedical sciences or equivalent
  • Experience in similar projects and duties
  • Expertise in using RedCap
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
