Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain various security systems related to physical security in Iron Mountain Data Centers.
- Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade security systems hardware and software with vendor support.
- Provide operational support for physical security systems and peripheral equipment.
- Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems.
- Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
You'll need to have intermediate IT and Network concepts understanding to contribute to successful project completions. Additionally, you'll interact globally with manufacturers and vendors to support service and project execution.
What We OfferAs a Physical Security Systems Analyst at Iron Mountain, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global team, collaborate with site security management, and ensure smooth physical security operations at our facilities. You'll also be responsible for sharing responsibility for the state of all physical security systems at IMDC locations, with a focus on the EMEA and APAC regions.
