Spanish Sales Representative

About the Role:
Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Spanish Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for engaging and acquiring high-potential advertisers, and persuading them to incorporate our marketing products into their current strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
- Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
- Ensure customer follow-up at all times
- Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for our products or services
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
Requirements:
- Native level of Spanish
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
- Able to work independently, but within a team environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
- Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona
- Salary: 18,870€ gross/year + up to 3,330€ gross/year in bonus
