We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Southern Europe. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert legal guidance on commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with experience in handling complex commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and consumer protection laws. You will be part of our EMEA legal team, working closely with business leaders in Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice on commercial initiatives, including sales and services, marketing, and real estate matters
  • Support the development and implementation of effective legal solutions for complex business challenges
  • Manage relationships with external counsel and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Liaise with regional teams to ensure consistent application of global policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Qualification as a lawyer in Italy, Spain, or Portugal, with a strong background in commercial law
  • Proven experience in handling high-profile cases, negotiations, and contract reviews
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong command of English, Italian, Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese (written and spoken)
