About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cloud Architect to join our team in EMEA. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing the technological foundations of customers' success on their cloud journey under RISE with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present technical and operational aspects of the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition offering to customers.
  • Conduct technical assessment workshops with customers to define the future cloud architecture and plan the migration roadmap.
  • Guide customers on non-functional capabilities such as Business Continuity, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Networking, Technical Operations, and service consumption.
  • Support account stakeholders on pricing-related activities and offers creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • High proficiency in customer-level communications and presentations.
  • High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
  • Good understanding of SAP solutions, releases, platform interdependencies, and operational aspects in a cloud environment.
  • Good understanding of the entire platform stacks, including storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, and technical capabilities of at least one Hyperscale provider.
