About the Role

Adyen is seeking an experienced leader to join our Implementation team in Madrid. As a Team Lead, Implementation Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Implementation Managers to design, integrate, and deploy solutions for our large and strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and grow the global IM organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams in a professional services, finance, retail, or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of driving change, using data to inform decisions, and setting up tools and procedures to drive operational success.
  • Experience with integration projects, technical consulting, and project management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a global organization and understand the dynamics of working across different cultures and time zones.
