Senior Recruiter

Manychat, a leading Chat Marketing platform, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiter to join our global people team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring top talent in the market and supporting our hiring managers in finding the best candidates for our open positions.

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented, resourceful, and innovative Senior Recruiter who is passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business logic and hiring needs
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, and managerial jobs
  • Building pipelines, interviewing potential candidates, and carrying them through the job process lifecycle
  • Identifying, attracting, and closing all-level candidates
  • Utilizing and recommending recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
  • Assessing the efficiency of recruiting sources and searching for new platforms to promote Manychat positions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition in-house or at an agency in the tech industry
  • A proven track record of covering full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology
  • Ability to switch between tasks, set priorities, and effectively deal with a variety of information sources
  • Ability to partner with business and technology experts to create an efficient interview process and candidate experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
