The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, gathering customer feedback, and communicating with our R&D department to implement product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our EV charging solutions
- Gather customer feedback and communicate with our R&D department to implement product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and commissioning
- Create and deliver technical documentation and training materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and software development
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
