Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor to join our team at Searenergy. As a key member of our offshore wind team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental management of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety documentation, including safety studies, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
  • Oversee the execution of HSE-related tasks, ensuring alignment with technical and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Drive safety by design initiatives, identifying innovative opportunities within the offshore wind industry.
  • Assist in preparing bids and proposals for HSE services, ensuring competitiveness and client requirements.
  • Regularly report on team performance, project progress, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in HSE advisory roles, particularly in offshore environments.
  • Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Europe and Germany.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach to work.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus.

Contract Details:

  • Project-related, minimum of 2 years.
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

You will be directly involved in operational issues, giving you the chance to develop personally and professionally in the offshore wind industry.
