A day in the life of a Returns Manager will involve working on major projects to standardize our processes and improve operations. You'll be in regular contact with senior management and stakeholders to define project requirements, update on status, risks, and impacts. You'll also create communication plans to bring everyone up to speed with new processes.
As a Returns Manager, you'll be the expert in charge of spotting problems, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and creating solutions. You'll dive deep into data to find challenges and track the effectiveness of your improvements.
About the team:
Our Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) team manages the entire service for heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. We deliver, unpack, assemble, and install items, and take away old ones where needed. Our focus is on safety, productivity, and innovation, and we're changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.
We have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. While some of us work night shifts, most of us work during the day. Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and programme management, and everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field. Relevant experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting role. Relevant experience in project management or management consulting, including handling multiple ongoing projects.
