About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing backend systems that support IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening and supporting the development team, building software that helps to protect the lives and homes of our customers
  • Writing clean, scalable code using C# .NET Core
  • Evaluating new code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics
  • Mentoring junior developers and new team members
  • Coordinating with product owners, developers, and architects
  • Solving complex development problems and technical challenges through innovative approaches and problem solving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • C# and .NET Core knowledge
  • Thorough experience with microservices and APIs (REST and event-based)
  • Experience writing backend services consumed by IOS/Android apps
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • SQL and Azure Service Bus knowledge
  • Automation and integration testing experience
  • A valid work permit in the EU
