Job Title: Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing application code, implementing technical solutions, and configuring applications in response to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design and Development: Design and develop application code, implement technical solutions, and configure applications in response to business needs.
  • Application Maintenance: Participate in the application maintenance tasks, ensuring IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance.
  • Technical Analysis and Implementation: Collaborate in the technical analysis, implementation, and testing of approved projects.
  • Application Strategy and Roadmap: Align application changes with the application strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues associated with the application.
  • Operational Availability and Stability: Ensure maximum operational availability and stability.
  • Cost Efficiency: Promote cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Proficiency in English and Spanish: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge and Experience in Systems and End-to-End Processes: Knowledge and experience in systems and end-to-end processes.
  • Java Analysis and Programming: Must have experience in Java analysis and programming.
  • Java Frameworks: Experience with JEE or other Java frameworks (Java, Spring Boot).
  • Markup Languages: Knowledge of markup languages: XML, JSON/GraphQL.
  • REST Services: Experience developing REST services.
  • Technical Platforms and Infrastructure: Ability to understand key aspects of technical platforms and infrastructure, generate ideas, and create effective solutions.
  • Software Engineering: Solid knowledge of software engineering, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Development Background: Development background with demonstrated experience as an analyst.
  • Technical Documentation: Experience with technical documentation, architectural diagrams, components, flows, and use cases.
  • DevOps-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrable DevOps-oriented mindset.
  • Testing/QA Tools: Experience with testing/QA tools.
  • Complex Business Processes and Workflows: Strong technical knowledge and understanding of complex business processes and workflows.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Capacity for teamwork with multidisciplinary teams, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Results-Focused: High commitment and results-focused.
  • Risk Identification and Conflict Resolution: Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and plan tasks.
  • Deadline Management: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Methodologies in Application Development: Knowledge of methodologies in application development (e.g.).
