Become a key player in our team as a Test Specialist for Powerplant and Flight Control Systems We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Flight and Integration Test Center organization in Sevilla. In this role, you will work within the Integration Test and Analysis domain for A/C General Systems, Powerplant and Flight Control Systems group.

About the Job

Our team is responsible for integrating tests in virtual environment, laboratory, and aircraft level of safety-critical systems. As a Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in test requirement gathering and assessment, defining integrated test procedures and plans, executing tests, and analyzing final results. You will also support flight test campaigns preparation when requested, monitor systems through telemetry, and analyze flight test results with final reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support department project coordinators and test specialists in preparing and executing integration tests on virtual environments, labs, and ground tests on aircraft, supporting flight test execution, and deriving required reporting and data analysis.
  • Contribute to the Integrated Test Team forum within the scope of activities.
  • Develop, certify, qualify, and produce testing activities according to Test Program requirements.
  • Implement and ensure IV&V strategies for these activities and follow up on test progress.
  • Participate in reviewing and optimizing Test Requests generating derived test procedures.
  • Ensure that test means are properly configured to perform tests, controlling configuration and limitations of ATAs under responsibility.
  • Coordinate with 'Test Framework and instrumentation' and 'A/C & Mission System Integration Rigs' domains to define proper means for required data reduction, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Interface with DO, AW, and certification authorities, supporting test activities in certification meetings when required, writing Development/Certification/Qualification test plans and reports.
  • Assist Flight Test Engineers, Test Pilots, and Test Specialists in preparation of Flight Test or simulator sessions: follow tests in telemetry and provide safety monitoring when needed; follow up and provide expertise of test data reduction and detailed analysis.
  • Interface with Test Integrators, project coordinators, design offices, chief engineering, providing expertise to system architecture and design definition for Systems and Functions integration.
  • Analyze and validate test results.
  • Identify, categorize, track, and analyze system misbehaviors, providing detailed information and associated impact to designers.
  • Optimize test data analysis and derived methodologies.
