Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flight Instructor to join our team in Lleida, Spain. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing hands-on flight training to students, teaching fundamental flying and theory skills, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs.
  • Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process.
  • Regularly assess students' progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities.
  • Stay current with aviation regulations and ensure that all training activities adhere to applicable laws and standards.

Requirements

  • Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License.
  • Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
  • Valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating.
  • ICAO English level 5 or higher.
  • EU work permit.
  • More than 200 flight instruction hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid IRI(A) rating.
  • IRI experience.
