About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Travel & Expense to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the company's global travel operations and ensuring compliance with our expense reporting policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support company travel globally, working closely with our Travel Management Company to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Review and process expense reports in accordance with company policy, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain travel reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve travel efficiency.
  • Review and update company travel policy annually, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Perform analytical and ad-hoc reporting as required, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with internal employees to resolve expense inquiries and provide support with travel-related matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with other languages a plus.
  • A university degree in finance or a related field, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
