About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing and Qualification: Analyze client needs and develop a search plan to respond to them. Source and hunt candidates using our network, develop new sourcing channels, and advertise open vacancies.
- Candidate Management: Qualify candidates through interviews, develop your own candidate network, and follow up with candidates. Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects and account management.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle weekly follow-up meetings with clients, conduct onboarding of new clients, and create a strong and stable relationship with our clients.

- Contract Type: 6 months contract for a trial period followed by a permanent contract.
- Working Hours: Flexible working hours.
- Office Location: City center of Barcelona.
- Salary Conditions: Competitive salary and OTE bonus.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native level of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish and proficient level of English.
- Experience: Previous significant experience in Recruitment or Sales of a minimum of 6 months.
- Skills: Creativity, adaptability, and proactivity. Team player with a passion for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
