About the Location:The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is located on the stunning Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. Originally opened in 1929 as a private estate, the hotel is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to reopen as a Four Seasons resort in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain organized records of inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper distribution of received items. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management for resolution. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area to ensure efficient operations.
We are seeking an experienced Receiving Clerk who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Attention to Detail : Strong ability to inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational abilities to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in Inventory Management : Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving role, with knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Basic Computer Skills : Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
- Strong Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to receiving and storing products.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Capability to address discrepancies in shipments and resolve issues efficiently.
- Team Player : Willingness to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Knowledge of Safety Procedures : Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for handling goods in a warehouse environment.
- Time Management Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
