Job Description:

In the role of Senior Production Operations Controller at HARTMANN, you will be responsible for overseeing all controlling-related tasks in the interface to production and working closely with the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care and create transparency for the Head of Operations.
  • Support the Head of Operations as a business partner and accompany him in his responsibility for all Division plants.
  • Continuously review results and initiate improvement measures in close coordination with your business partners.
  • Carry out standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting, and monthly financial statements and prepare these for the Head of Operations.
  • You will work closely with your interfaces in Group Controlling and be responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division.
  • In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations.
  • Guide, coach, and challenge production controllers in the plant.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment.
  • Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Profound knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and very good MS Office skills.
  • Very good English and German language skills.

Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year. This is based on industry standards and market research considering factors like location, job requirements, and company size. The actual salary may vary depending on individual qualifications and negotiations.
