About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will drive growth and strategic direction for assigned Global Key Accounts. This leadership role oversees strategy development, sales execution, customer satisfaction, commercial profit delivery, and gross contributions.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing. The role provides substantial exposure to Amcor's Sales and Management Leadership Team, working closely with stakeholders to achieve aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business plans, meet budget requirements, and instill commercial excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer needs and delivering value propositions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, technologies, regulations, and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial roles within complex industries (food/healthcare packaging).
  • International working experience and a proven track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to operate in matrix organizations, and drive consensus across regions.
  • Advanced business acumen, financial expertise, and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range: $120,000-$180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
