Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Technology Solutions Architect to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technology advisory services to our logistics and supply chain stakeholders, helping to shape technology strategies that improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technology advisory services to logistics and supply chain teams, helping to shape technology strategies that improve business outcomes.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies in supply chain, such as AI and automation, and provide recommendations for technology investments that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead solution design and architecture efforts, ensuring SAP, WMS, TMS, and other technology platforms support and optimize logistics and inventory processes.
  • Drive innovation by recommending future-state technologies that support logistics execution and overall supply chain operations.
  • Perform hands-on configuration within SAP to meet business requirements, manage and resolve tickets related to SAP configuration, and provide daily support to ensure the smooth operation of SAP and 3rd-party systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in SAP as required, ensuring they are aligned with supply chain goals and operational needs.
  • Provide oversight and support for migrating existing SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA, focusing on inventory, logistics, warehousing, and transportation functionalities.
  • Support design of future-state processes in partnership with logistics and supply chain stakeholders, ensuring that S/4HANA capabilities and related technologies meet current and future business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary owner of logistics and inventory technologies, ensuring that the enterprise architecture supports seamless operations from inventory management to final delivery.
  • Proactively assess and improve existing systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead projects related to third-party logistics provider (3PL) integrations, WMS implementations, and other supply chain technology initiatives, ensuring that all integrations are executed with minimal disruption to operations and maximum value delivery to the business.
  • Oversee seamless integration between SAP and external systems such as WMS, TMS, Track and Trace, and Carrier platforms, ensuring that data flows are consistent and accurate, optimizing end-to-end operational efficiency.
  • Assess, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, platforms, and vendors that can enhance logistics execution, and manage technology vendors, consulting partners, and external contractors, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with our business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology roles, with deep expertise in logistics execution and inventory to deliver processes, focusing on SAP and external logistics technologies.
  • Proven experience in providing technology advisory services to logistics or supply chain teams, helping to shape technology strategies that improve business outcomes.
  • Experience with SAP or S4/Hana deployments, especially in the inventory to deliver processes.
  • Experience leading technology implementations, including 3PL and WMS integration projects, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  • Expertise in SAP Logistics modules (e.g., SAP LE, WM, EWM), with strong understanding of integrations with WMS, TMS, and carrier platforms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in supply chain, such as AI, automation, and how they can be applied to logistics operations.
  • Ability to assess and implement innovative technology solutions that support our logistics execution strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of leading in a matrix environment by influencing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect business processes with technology architecture, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and integration across platforms.
