Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Serco North America. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other facilities equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other facilities equipment
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of facilities equipment and systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair; electrical systems experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license from any U.S. State
  • HVAC: EPA Universal HVAC certification
  • Backflow prevention: Certificated initial and refresher training from any state/local or Air Force approved certificated Backflow Prevention training program
