Your primary focus will be on managing the flow of funds, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining robust financial controls.   • Coordinating the processing of invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Monitoring and reviewing financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Shared Service Center to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Providing exceptional support to the Finance team, ensuring seamless financial operations.

To excel in this role, you will require:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or D365 preferred).
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
