About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Conference Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior executives at our strategic global 500 accounts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive conference attendance and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and priorities.
  • Work closely with our account teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
