Job Title: Business Analyst Graduate - EMEA Pricing Center of ExcellenceWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Graduate to join our EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
- Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end to end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.
- Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support the user adoption.
- Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile documentation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an agile software development environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (CSM, CSPO).
- Experience with agile project management tools and software.
This role requires a high level of collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders. The Business Analyst will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift rapidly to meet business needs.

- Planning & Prioritization: Manages own time, budget and resources, including external vendors, to meet project goals. Identifies project risks and seeks guidance on solutions for mitigating risks.
