- Lead the monthly S&OP meeting and the demand forecast for new product introductions.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to adjust forecasts in response to changes in demand or market trends.
- Report important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies to the Manager and top management, including Risk & Opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integration of the demand forecast into the replenishment plan.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Develop and maintain Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and manage dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
