Job Overview:
- Daily purchasing of beauty products in physical stores
- Delivering purchased products to our Warehouse in Barcelona
- Reporting purchased orders in Google Sheets
- Collecting purchasing invoices and reporting them to the Finance team
- Managing returns of products to the stores when needed
- Building long-lasting business relationships with salespeople in the stores
- Organizing distant shipment of orders to our Barcelona Warehouse
- Communicating with couriers for distant shipments
- Ensuring product security and quality
Requirements:
- A valid driving license category B
- A reliable vehicle for product transportation
- Quick learner, flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as a team, with a high level of trustworthiness
- Love for accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy: knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel is essential
- Fluent or Upper Intermediate Spanish
- Basic or intermediate English knowledge
