Lead Mixologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Mixologist & Team Manager to join our team in the heart of Salamanca.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic individual who can build strong relationships with our guests and lead our bar team to deliver exceptional service.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology and be able to create innovative cocktails that impress our discerning guests.

In addition to their technical skills, they will also possess excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and training staff to achieve high standards.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with guests and provide tailored recommendations
• Manage bar operations in the absence of senior management
• Supervise and train the bar team to ensure consistency and high standards
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Share menu updates with the bar team to ensure accurate service
