Engineering Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Project Director to lead our project management group. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Your primary objective will be to provide strategic leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status regularly
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear energy industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
