- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Ambition, drive, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Spanish and French/Italian are also valuable assets).

- A competitive salary ($120,000 - $180,000 per annum) and results-based bonus structure.
