This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys sharing their expertise with international audiences. As a Culinary Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding cooking classes, teaching and leading sessions, and engaging with guests in a welcoming and interactive environment.
The ideal candidate will have formal culinary training, at least one year of kitchen experience, and excellent communication skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong passion for food and culture.
- Responsibilities include preparing mise en place, assisting the lead instructor, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and facilities, and executing basic recipes under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- You will also manage inventory, deliveries, and stock control, receive and store raw materials efficiently, and contribute to special events and private culinary experiences.
We are committed to providing a fun and collaborative team environment where you can grow and develop your skills as a Culinary Instructor.
