This role plays a key part in the Spanish organization, directly impacting sales objectives by generating qualified opportunities and creating pipeline for field teams.

You'll work closely with the Revenue Operations team to manage BDR/SDR activity effectively, reporting directly to the VP Marketing Communications. Your responsibilities include co-constructing the BDR and SDR business plan, partnering with demand gen and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • • Team Leadership and Management: Supervise SDRs (managing inbound leads) and BDRs (handling outbound prospecting), coach and develop the team to enhance performance and efficiency.

  • • Individual Contribution to Pipeline Generation: Generate leads for the sales team by engaging in direct prospecting activities, handle strategic prospects to develop qualified opportunities, execute prospecting campaigns.

  • • Collaborative and Team-Oriented: Thrive in a team environment, building strong relationships with SDR/BDR team, sales, and marketing colleagues, collaborate across departments to drive collective success.
