About Us: Seaman Paper is a mission-driven company in the paper industry, dedicated to reducing single-use plastics through innovative, recyclable, and sustainable packaging solutions. Our products replace traditional plastic and polybags globally, supporting environmentally conscious supply chains.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will focus on supporting our sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sample shipments to clients, directing leads, and assisting with special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support responsibilities: Manage inbound and tradeshows leads, qualify opportunities to direct them to the relevant team, maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce), assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs, coordinate product samples to clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation, run reporting via our CRM to track KPIs.
  2. Customer Account Management: Provide day-to-day support to sales managers, including handling inquiries, Salesforce tasks and follow-ups, act as a point of contact between clients and inside sales and operations, run special campaigns dedicated to existing customers, assist account managers in tracking leads and managing opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  3. Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects, including supporting new product launches, trade shows and workshops, support in the translation of marketing assets or online content, collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Profile: We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual with experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Fluency in English and German is required, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
