- Create and check service orders to ensure data alignment among systems.
- Arrange logistics for forward and reverse sides by system to the carrier.
- Organize daily or weekly meetings with customers, collect feedback, and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor monthly bills with dealers and customers, and follow up on payments.
- Responsible for department KPI and suggest improvements to work processes and customer satisfaction.
- Good communication skills, out-of-the-box thinking, logical thinking ability, and can-do attitude.
- Patience and attention to detail are essential.
- Over 1 year of working experience in customer after-sales area.
- Spanish as native language, proficient English at least at C1 level; fluency in Chinese preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, good at Excel, familiarity with query or Power BI preferred.
