Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist - Spain to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of logistics and repair services to our customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal teams to implement service processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and check service orders to ensure data alignment among systems.
  • Arrange logistics for forward and reverse sides by system to the carrier.
  • Organize daily or weekly meetings with customers, collect feedback, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor monthly bills with dealers and customers, and follow up on payments.
  • Responsible for department KPI and suggest improvements to work processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, out-of-the-box thinking, logical thinking ability, and can-do attitude.
  • Patience and attention to detail are essential.
  • Over 1 year of working experience in customer after-sales area.
  • Spanish as native language, proficient English at least at C1 level; fluency in Chinese preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, good at Excel, familiarity with query or Power BI preferred.
