Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 per year, taking into account the candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as the location of our office in Spain.
About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Developer to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and quality standards. You will also participate in the definition and design of backend system architecture, working closely with our architecture team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor other developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and quality standards.
- Promote the professional development of the team through mentoring and technical support.
- Participate in the definition and design of backend system architecture, working closely with the architecture team.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and optimized for growth.
- Oversee the implementation of code and infrastructure improvements and optimizations.
- Analyze and update legacy code with a focus on optimization and modernization.
- Collaborate in the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and automated deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience in backend development with .NET
- Proven track record in technical leadership roles
- Knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD automation and cloud deployment with AWS
- Experience working with SQL and oracle data bases
- Experience with containers and microservices (Docker)
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in managing and optimizing legacy code is a plus
