We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Intern to join our team at Norsk Hydro's Plant in La Selva del Camp, Tarragona, Spain. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of health and safety administrative tasks, inspecting jobs and workplaces, and collaborating with other team members to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities- Support the execution of health and safety administrative tasks according to Spanish law.
- Inspect jobs and workplaces and support H&S Technicians during risk assessments development.
- Design work instructions and revise them periodically.
- Support during investigation of occupational accidents and diseases.
- Support on trainings and promoting best practices to employees at all levels in all topics related to Health and Safety.
- Follow up on the activities to be carried out by the external H&S provider (risk assessments, medical checks, etc.).
- You are currently studying for a master's degree in risk prevention or you have it and you are looking for your first working experience.
- You can stay for a minimum of 4 months in a full-time role (exact timing to be discussed).
- You have good technical and interpersonal skill set and Organizational and planning capacity.
- You must have a vehicle to go to the plant.
