At Tn Spain we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our Life Sciences & Healthcare brand.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand research questions, synthesizing analytics customer insight and help data to focus research, tracking patterns in analytics data to inform trends in usage, conducting unmoderated and moderated testing workshops research repositories qualitative data analysis, analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a field related to human experience or behavioral/social science research
- a strong background in user experience research methodologies
- analytical skills combined with user experience research methods
- the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through presentations and reports
