About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Associate to join our European Data and Research Service (DRS) team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our client work and knowledge base by delivering high-quality research in Due Diligence projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics to support proposals, client cases, and business initiatives.
  • Clearly synthesize and package research findings into timely and accurate output, including reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Work closely with senior team members to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver relevant data and information.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge capture and documentation systems to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with fellow DRS colleagues to approach interactions with the highest level of quality and customer service.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or sciences.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple research requests and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex research findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
