As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll and personnel administration for Portugal. This includes ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. If you have experience in payroll administration and are looking for a dynamic role with opportunities to take on additional tasks, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and personnel administration for Portugal.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support as needed.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks and contribute to company projects.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Labor Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2 or more years of administrative experience in personnel management/payroll.
  • Ability to work in a generalist HR role and adapt to new tasks.
  • Availability to travel occasionally and a valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
