About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Data Analyst to join our team at Sage, a leading software company. As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into project and data requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and create visualisations using data storytelling techniques.
  • Contribute to various success factors such as revenue and cost reduction, productivity savings, reduction of risk, and contribution to our ESG agenda.
  • Develop and maintain industry-leading products.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Business-minded with project management or process improvement understanding.
  • Keen eye for detail and inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
  • Resilience and determination to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with people from across the world.
  • Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organise and disseminate large amounts of data.
  • Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner.
