Agile Team Coach, Group Digital Transformation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
In this role, you bring proven advanced training in Computer Science and demonstrate knowledge of Agile principles in theory and practice.
You have gained substantial experience as an Agile Coach or similar, creating your own mental toolbox of methods, frameworks, and facilitation techniques that you utilize with high confidence.
You have expertise in:
Extensive experience working with software development teams, where solutions evolve through the collaboration of self-organized cross-functional teams.
Extensive experience in facilitating change and mediating between different interests on the team and management levels.Extensive experience working with large-scale organizations and multiple products.Good understanding of Agile software development practices and proven execution within a retail and e-commerce environment.Good experience using work management tools like Jira and Miro to complement your experience with different Agile ways of working.Experience coaching software development teams in methods or frameworks other than Scrum.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Agile Team Coach, your main objective is to guide and coach one or more teams.
You will:
- Coach teams in becoming customer-centric, self-organized, and empowered.
- Coach teams in experimenting and constantly looking for new and better ways.
- Be responsible for organizing the product teams to ensure key events take place and are effective in achieving their purpose.
- Organize and run planning meetings, ensuring the team reaches a collective agreement on the work items that will be accepted.
