About the Position:
The SoC4sensing Chair at the University of the Basque Country (EHU) is seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing on-going projects, supervising front-end and back-end design, and managing tapeout fabrication in collaboration with other research centers and fabs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical management of on-going projects
- Supervision of front-end and back-end design
- Management of tapeout fabrication in collaboration with other research centers and fabs
- Staff supervision and support
- Representation of SoC4sensing in collaboration with the Chair Director to the industry, university, and government
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or computer science
- PhD degree in engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or computer science
- Strong interest in research and development of new semiconductor devices
- Skillful in software/hardware engineering, with prior experience in FPGA developments
- Experience in team management, business development, and semiconductor sector
- Experience with EDA Tools use and installation (Linux)
